"Kaishan" K25 cutting drilling rig is advanced drilling equipment integrating cutting drilling system and screw air compressor system. With compact structure, it is well integrated and easy to move. It is hydraulically driven to complete actions, such as walking, feed, rotation, dust collection and angle adjustment and it has strong climb capacity and stable performance; it is equipped with hydraulic dry dust collector to collect dust and reduce pollution to the environment.

"Kaishan" KZ5 cutting drilling rig is mainly used for drilling in hard pan or soft rock in rotary cutting way and it uses compressed air for discharging and dust collector for collecting dust. If there is harder rock, it can also drill holes with pneumatic impact method.

Main advantages of drilling rig are as follows:

1. Drill boom dedicated for the drill can adjust drilling angle flexibly to drill vertical, left and right tilting, and front and back tilting holes.

2. It is directly connected to the screw compressor with large flow (5m³/min) to realize smooth discharging and fast drilling speed. If there is hard rock, air hammer can be used to make it well-adapted.

3. It is equipped with ±10° automatic leveling equipment on the chassis. The leveling cylinder can be used together with the switched double locking system and left and right crawlers contact the ground uniformly, thus the drilling rig is more adapted to rugged working ground.

4. Efficient two-stage dry dust collection system significantly improves the working environment and conforms to environmental protection policy.

5. With long stroke guide (stroke up to 4m), it has better blasting effect for drilling with single rod.

6. Highly integrated hydraulic control system is arranged in the cab to provide comfort working environment.

7. With high speed rotator with the speed of 0-400r/min, the drilling rig is efficient in drilling.

8. The drilling rig is equipped with real-time monitoring system and stable self-protection system to reflect the working state of the drilling rig accurately. An alarm will be given when the set range is exceeded, and the rig can stop automatically when any fault occurs.
