KG910E surface DTH drilling rig uses the hydraulic pump driven by motor and diesel engine combination to provide power for hydraulic system. The motor and diesel engine are used alternatively, thus the drilling rig is featured by safety and environmental protection, low noise, and low cost.
Power: Electric motor Y180L-4 22KW/1470 rpm.
Deputy power: Diesel engine CFZS1125GM 18.4KW/2200rpm.
Travelling part: ball piston motor + planetary reducer structure is used to increase climbing capacity and reduce the pressure of the traveling system from 15Mpa to 11MPa to increase the service life of the traveling motor.
Hydraulic system: large Capacity gear oil pump is used to enhance the rotation speed up to 120r/min, fast rotary/ fast lift valve box is applied and new diverter valve is substituted.
Gyrator: The original steel ball motor is replaced by low speed large torque gyrator motor with longer service life; air intake seat is separated from gyrator shell to prevent compressed air from entering into the oil tank through the gyrator shell and motor.
